JHIC is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
JHAC, JHWM, IPS, and IPS Plc are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct
Authority (FCA). You can check this authorisation with the FCA at http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/firmSearchForm.do
The provision of Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS) and trustee and/or administration
services for SSAS are not regulated by the FCA. Therefore, IPS and IPS Plc are not
regulated by the FCA in relation to these schemes or services.
The companies within the James Hay Partnership follow the FCA’s complaint
handling requirements with regards SIPP and Wrap products. For more information

2. Ownership of companies within the James Hay Partnership and IPS Partnership
All the companies within the James Hay Partnership and IPS Partnership are wholly
owned subsidiaries of the IFG Group Plc.
3. Third Party Companies involved in the provision of James Hay Partnership products.
The Wrap Offshore Bond is provided and administered by Royal London 360 Insurance
Company Limited (Royal London 360°) (registered in the Isle of Man number 053002C).

Royal London 360° is a provider of investment, life assurance and retirement
planning products and is regulated by the Isle of Man Government Insurance and Pensions
Authority and is a member of the Association of International Life Offices.
Policyholders are protected by the Isle of Man’s Compensation of Policyholders
protection scheme, which covers up to 90% of Royal London 360°’s liability
where it is unable to meet its financial obligations. Holders of policies issued
by Royal London 360° will not be protected by the UK Financial Services Compensation
Scheme if Royal London 360° becomes unable to meet its liabilities to them.
